Your whole day,
under one historic roof
One venue. Every moment.
No shuttling guests between a church and a hall. Get ready upstairs, say your vows on the main floor, sip cocktails while we flip the room, and dance the night away — all beneath the same original 1901 brick, with dinner from our own kitchen.
From morning to midnight
Getting Ready
Settle in upstairs with your party, hair and makeup, and a first look before the doors open.
The Ceremony
Walk the main floor aisle framed by exposed brick and the original storefront windows.
Cocktail Hour
Guests mingle in the Upstairs lounge while we transform the ballroom for dinner.
The Reception
Dinner, dancing, and last call — the whole celebration under one roof.

Wedding questions, answered
How many guests can you accommodate?
The Grand Ballroom seats up to 250 for a plated dinner and holds up to 350 for a standing reception.*
Can we host both the ceremony and reception here?
Yes — that’s the idea. Say your vows on the main floor, enjoy cocktails upstairs while we reset the room, then celebrate in the ballroom.
Do we have to use your catering?
We have a full commercial kitchen and offer in-house catering, plus approved outside caterers for certain menus.* Ask us for current options.
Is there a place to get ready?
The Upstairs doubles as a bridal suite — a private space for you and your party to prepare before the ceremony.
What about bar and alcohol service?
Bar packages are available with a licensed, insured bartender.* We’ll walk you through the options during your tour.
How do we reserve our date?
A signed agreement and deposit hold your date.* Dates book well in advance, especially for peak season.
Is there parking?
Yes — on-site and nearby downtown parking is available for you and your guests.*
What's the plan if the weather is bad?
Hudson Hall is entirely indoors and climate-controlled, so your day is never at the mercy of the forecast.
